How to Submit

fanfics   -   fanarts

Fan fics:

-Should be submitted in .doc files. If you don't have Windows or Mac, please submit it as a text file (which means we need you to specify any italics or bold parts in your fanfic).

-Please specify if it's Yaoi or not (it’ll be great if you could add the tag in your title, for example: The_will_to_live_YAOI.doc.

If it’s not yaoi, just leave your title and that’s it.

That way you'll help us to classify your story faster without having the risk of us misplacing it in the story index.

-Stories must have a title (unless of course you want us to name it “untitled”, which is also o.k.). And yes, this may sound unbelievable, but last year, we received a couple of fanfics without a title.

-Stories should not be sent with indents or html tags. That is, stories having sentences like this:

“Shun looked smart, <i>thinking</i> that he could somehow, blow the lid.”

It should go like this:

“Shun looked smart, thinking that he could somehow, blow the lid.”

We use dreamweaver to program the html files. If you send us a fanfic with html tags all over it (and it’s a long fanfic) it’ll take us a while to format your story. So please, help us!!! *puppy eyes*

 

Fan art:

-Those must be submitted in high res, please, because that image will be later sent to the recipient and it would help us to resize it without any problems. You could also add in your email a personal message (that is, if you'd like your image to have one for the recipient).

- Also, you are required to send us two files of the image. One with the signature and another one without it. Why? Well, this is to keep your identity secret until the reveal date.

(And yes, although we personally believe that some people have a very distinctive style of drawing –and hence erasing their signatures won’t be that much of a disguise for your recipients- we would like to follow the same rules as with fanfic. Plus appearances can be deceiving :) trust us.

-If you can't send heavy files with your email, please upload it to a server.  You can use Mediafire, Sendspace or Yousendit. (use the SeSa contact addy provided in the contact section of this site to send us the file). Please, don't use Megaupload, since we, the administrators, cannot access that uploading server. Thanks :)
